20. ABOUT BRUXE CARPLAY SHOWROOM

How the BRUXE CarPlay Services Work

We sell certain BRUXE CarPlay-branded equipment ("Merchandise") through our Website. Since we have a limited number of owned or operated retail showrooms, we have created a platform where potential customers can see how the Merchandise looks in the homes of customers who have purchased it.

  • Showroom Appointments:
    • The platform facilitates the booking of showroom appointments between users who have purchased Merchandise and wish to showcase it at their home ("Hosts"), and users who would like to view and evaluate the Merchandise at the Host’s property ("Guests").
    • Hosts and Guests arrange Showroom Appointments directly with each other.
  • Purchasing Merchandise:
    • If a Guest is interested in purchasing Merchandise, they may do so through the Services.

Please Note: BRUXE CarPlay is not an owner or operator of any Properties. Our role is limited to facilitating the availability of the Services as described above.

ANY SHOWROOM APPOINTMENT BOOKED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED FROM OR OTHERWISE ACCESSED THROUGH BRUXE CARPLAY PROPERTIES, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PERSON OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM AND ANY DEVICE YOU USE TO ACCESS BRUXE CARPLAY PROPERTIES, OR ANY OTHER LOSS THAT RESULTS FROM ACCESSING SUCH CONTENT.
