Software Update

Note: If there is a latest system update, it will be published in the "System Upgrade" APP. Click "Check". If it prompts that there is an available system, you can consider updating the system. If not, it means that the device is already the latest system.

Under normal circumstances, there is no need to update the device system if there is no problem with the product. If you want to consider restoring the original system settings, consider the following updates.

R6 System Upgrade Procedure

Note: After the update is complete, please clear the cache.
Steps: Click Settings > Other Settings > Factory Settings > Enter code "110144" > Click OK > Unplug the power and restart the device.

  1. Download the Update File
    • Locate the update.zip file in the "R6 Update File" folder.
    • Save update.zip directly to a prepared TF memory card.
    • Insert the TF card into the R6 device.
  2. Enter the System Update Interface
    • Find and open the "System Update" app from the main menu.
    • Click the settings icon in the top right corner and select "Local update" to enter the local upgrade mode.
  3. Select the Update File
    • Select "Usb Disk" to access the storage device.
    • Scroll to the bottom, find the update.zip file, and open it.
  4. Confirm the Upgrade
    • A "Tips" prompt will appear with the following message:
      "Device will restart and enter upgrade mode. The whole process will take a few minutes. Please do not operate the device during this period to avoid upgrade failure."
    • Click "OK" to confirm the upgrade.
    • The device will automatically restart and enter upgrade mode. The process will take approximately 5-10 minutes. Do not operate the device during this time to prevent upgrade failure.
  5. Complete the Upgrade
    • After the upgrade is complete, a prompt will appear:
      "The system upgrade is completed. Does the immediate restart take effect?"
    • Click "OK", and wait for the device to automatically restart and complete the connection.
